Club Forms
The Finance Fundamentals form is to learn more about Student Organization finances: how to get started, how it works, how to use them.
The Budget Form is for Student Organization leaders to submit to the ASB to approve to be able to use student finances responsibly and ethically. A completed budget form needs to be turned in at the start of each school year.
If any club wants to hold an on campus fundraiser or events (such as a toy drive) a request form needs to be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to the ASB Advisor, Ms. Solomon.
When a club holds a meeting and wants to make decisions, open purchase orders, etc, they need to have at least 8 members present and fill out this form. Bring to the ASB Advisor, Ms. Solomon.
