Dear LCC Families,

LCC ASB welcomes all students to the 2026 Winter Formal on Saturday, February 7th. Here are some important guidelines for a successful evening for those who are attending: 

  • Winter Formal is at NOVA SD 

    • 454 Sixth Avenue, San Diego, CA, 92101

  • The dance runs from 7:00 PM -10:00 PM

    • Check in begins at 6:45 PM

    • Students may not enter the dance after 8:30 PM, and may not exit until 9:30 PM.

  • Unfortunately, tickets will not be available at the door. Students will be turned away if they did not purchase a ticket ahead of time. There will be no exceptions.

    • Tickets are now on sale until Friday 2/6 both online and in person at the finance window

    • NOTE: all forms of sales will close at the end of lunch on Friday 2/6

  • Students must bring their student ID or display student information through Aeries

    • If using Aeries, have this information loaded prior to arrival

  • Guest Passes: Any student who wishes to bring a non-LCC guest is more than welcome to, but MUST have a completed guest pass in order to do so.

    • A guest pass can be picked up from Mrs. Jenkins in the AP Office and will be handed in when purchasing the ticket. The LCC student must be the one to purchase the ticket at the finance office and there is a limit of one guest per LCC student. Due by Wednesday 2/4

  • Administrators will be randomly screening students. This may include the use of a breathalyzer and a bag search. Students are also required to check-in bags and personal items upon entry.

  • All students are subject to the conditions of the Dance Contract and must submit the form before purchasing a ticket. 

  • Students who are hosting a limo/bus are required to fill out a contract. Forms are due on Wednesday 2/4 to Ms. Solomon, the ASB Director, in room 822.

  • Limo Buses will be directed to drop off directly in front of the venue and are subject to search.

    • Public Parking is available at available lots downtown nearby at the expense of the driver

  • Looking for a formal outfit? LCC ASB has a formal clothing “thrift shop” with a variety of dresses, jackets, pants, shoes, and more.
